Tobias is a strong believer in giving back to the organisations that support his industry and is a board member of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association in a voluntary capacity.

We asked Tobias, if he had one piece of advice for alumni what would it be?

“The best thing you can do as you begin your career is look for and seize opportunities where there is a gap or a need. You don't necessarily need to blow your own horn as long as you know in your heart you are putting your best foot forward. If you consistently take on new challenges as you progress in your career people will notice and give you more opportunities, and if they don't you've added to your skill base for when you look for that next job. The most important thing to remember is finishing your degree is just the beginning, you'll continue to learn new skills and abilities throughout your life and that will make life more fulfilling.”
