Volunteer and Work Experience Fair

Networking opportunities for new graduates

UniSA Volunteering and Community Engagement in collaboration with Volunteering SA & NT would like to invite students, graduates and the general public to the Volunteer and Work Experience Fair at City West Campus on Tuesday, 5 May from 12 noon to 3:00pm.

Anecdotal evidence from graduates is that volunteering not only helps you make a difference to your community and build skills, but it expands your network as a stepping stone to a paid position. Career advisers note that employers like to see applicants who have demonstrated motivation and initiative, are enthusiastic and have a genuine interest in helping other people.

UniSA’s Volunteer and Work Experience Fair at City West campus is one of the year’s significant events to encourage volunteer participation. Approximately 300 participants and 30 organisations attend each year.

Among the participating organisations this year are Amnesty International Australia - SA/NT Branch, Australian Red Cross, Conservation Volunteers Australia, DRUG ARM, Radio Adelaide, Trees For Life (SA) UniSA Career Services - Work Placement Scheme, UniSA United Nations & International Relations Society, UniSA Sport and Vinnies SA.

Stop by and explore hundreds of positions at the Fair at City West Campus on Tuesday, 5 May from 12 noon to 3:00pm! Find out more about the Volunteer and Work Experience Fair on facebook.
