Ambitions, strategic directions, plans and commitments
In 2008 UniSA reviewed its directions and through a revived Vision, Mission and Values statement established New Horizons – an outline of our aspirations, our people and our performance. From that solid foundation UniSA has developed Horizon 2020 outlining the institution's ambitions and strategic directions for the next 10 years.
Horizon 2020 is supported by the Corporate Planning Process. The University's Corporate Plan has the role of identifying priorities for each key area, setting performance targets and outlining core projects. As such it informs local planning and operational plans for areas of activity. Corporate Planning and Review also provides a framework for the production of the University's Annual Report.
