We asked Biela, if she had one piece of advice for alumni what would it be?

Your work is to know who you are, to see your qualities and become present to what you make available to your work. By applying yourself, your success will naturally follow. Being present to your greatness and what you offer will give you confidence to apply yourself in making a positive difference to challenges you didn't even know you could make a difference to. You can bring "team player" anywhere. You can bring "analytical" anywhere. You can bring "diligent" anywhere. Whoever you are, there is a place for you and your greatness somewhere. Forward march.
