To provide an educational programs which will enable Anangu to gain formal qualifications leading to registration as a teacher.
To provide Anangu schools with graduates who can bring their cultural experience to the classroom, and who can better represent community expectations in the school context.
To provide graduates who may present a more stable teaching force in Anangu communities.
To provide quality courses and appropriate qualifications for those students who want to develop skills and knowledge related to working as Anangu Education Workers, but who do not want to become fully qualified teachers.
To enable students to reside in their home community while undertaking study within the program.
To enable Anangu communities to assist in the design of curriculum, teaching of subjects and operation of the program, to ensure the AnTEP program is inclusive of Anangu perspectives.

Program Aims
