The
theory and practice of urban design is a key area in teaching
and research within the undergraduate and Masters programs in
Architecture.
Urban design is introduced in the
Bachelor of Architectural Studies
program as an integrated component of design studios.
The architecture program offers Urban Design electives through relationships with other schools such as UniSA's School of Natural and Built Environments. Urban Design is a major component of the final year Master of Architecture studio and research project, focusing on medium and large-scale topical projects and issues.
