An existing printed book ('found object') is reworked and
transformed. While the form of the book can be a significant aspect of
the transformation, the focus remains on the image/text relationship.

Studio project: produce a determined (as opposed to random) sequence
of printed images and text to be presented in book form
- codex or
accordion structure. Text may be original or found; open choice of
printing techniques.

This is a largely self directed assignment with a strong emphasis on
alternative materials, but which still focuses on the relationship
between image and text, and text as image.
