Jordan D'Arsie - Interior Architecture studentOur internationally recognised and enthusiastic teaching team all have practice backgrounds and offer many opportunities to students, including off-campus design activities, involvement in community-based projects from conceptual design through to the fabrication and installation of small to medium scale projects, a range of workshop programs including the design and fabrication of furniture items, interdisciplinary collaboration and a professional work-placement program.

Jane's research interests are in domesticity and the everyday, and making links between architecture and design and gastronomy.  Her work has been published in books including MIT Press and journals, and her creative work has been exhibited internationally and nationally.  Jane has been awarded a University of South Australia scholarly teaching award and a number of University teaching awards with her colleague Rachel Hurst.
