Annual Report Project
Students were asked to produce selected pages of an Annual Report for a company of their choice. Consideration had to be given to legibility, visual excitement, innovation and clear communication of the client's message. Students produced all photography used for this project.

Social Issue Project
As designers, students are encouraged to develop an active interest in global issues and an understanding of the impact design can have in the communication of these topics. Students had to research the broad topic of 'Globalisation' and respond to one aspect by producing a poster and one other item to support their campaign. Students produced all photography used for this project.

Corporate Identity Project
Students were asked to produce a corporate identity for an environmentally aware packaging company with three divisions. Identities had to encompass the parent company, as well as distinguishing between the divisions - glass, fibre and plastic. Final solutions included the application to a range of stationery items, building and vehicle signage. Students produced all photography used for this project.

International Project
The University of South Australia was invited to participate in an international visual communication online project - 'pincponc' - by the University of Hanover, Germany. The project's aim was to generate visual explorations based on the theme 'Them and Us' and students chose a personal or global interpretation. All third year Visual Communication student participated in this project and a selection of responses can be viewed here. Each student has supplied a rationale with their piece. Students produced all photography used for this project.

Editorial Project
Students were asked to produce a selection of double page spreads for a magazine of their choice. Each spread was to have a theme/story, so that all double spreads had their own identity, but still maintained continuity within the overall publication. Students produced all photography used for this project.
