About RAILS8Date: 25 June 2012 The University of South Australia is proud to host the Research Applications in Library and Information Studies 2012 seminar. This is the 8th event in the series, which brings together educators, researchers and practitioners within the information professions to enable a culture of informed and innovative research practice. All members of the information profession - libraries, archives, information and knowledge management, records, schools, museums - are invited to come and share their ideas and work with others. To qualify for the member rate, you must be a current financial member of one
of the professional associations listed - (i.e. ALIA, ASLA, ALLA, PLA, SLA, RMAA, ASA).
Registration includes seminar sessions, morning, afternoon tea and lunch and dinner. Payment must be made using the Registration Form for RAILS8 The deadline for all registrations is Friday 15 June 2012. All accounts must be paid in full prior to the Seminar. Delegates with outstanding amounts at the time of the Seminar will be required to settle their account upon collecting their registration or provide a credit card guarantee for payment to be made within 14 days post Seminar. The following policy applies for variations to registration (i.e. withdrawals/cancellations)
Substitute participants are welcome in lieu of cancellation up to the scheduled seminar date. UniSA must be advised of any substitute participants prior to the seminar commencement.
