Create a new Outlook message
- Open Microsoft Outlook
- Go to File menu
- Select New
- Select Mail Message
Hint: Shortcut key to compose a new e-mail message is Ctrl + N

- To access the UniSA Global Address List (GAL), click on the To... button
- Select the recipient or distribution list from the list
- Click on the To-> button to add the selected item. If you are adding multiple addesses, repeat steps 6 and 7. You can also add addresses from your personal Contact List under the Address Book circled below.
- Click on OK button
- Check addresses are correct
- Enter a subject for the e-mail in the Subject field
- Enter the content in the email body. (Note: Keep in mind the University's e-mail policies)
- Click on the Send button
