Office button
The Office Button replaces the File menu in previous versions of Office applications. It is located in the upper-left corner of Microsoft Office programs.
By clicking the Office Button, you will see same basic commands, such as open, save and print.

Select the Office Button
The Office Button allows new functions, such as Finish and Publish. For example, by clicking on Prepare, and then clicking Inspect Document, you can check a file for hidden metadata or personal information.
At the bottom of the menu are two buttons, Word Options, where the Word settings can be changed. It also contains Exit Word, which will close Word entirely.
