Student feedback

In the Division of Business we appreciate the time students take in completing surveys and the information gathered assists in improving the experience of students studying business programs. Thank you to all the students who complete surveys and please be assured that we value your feedback and are making important changes based on your feedback that will assist in improving the overall student experience.

Here are some changes that have occurred following student feedback.

2011

Division of Business Orientation program

Key Findings - Student Feedback

  • The Division of Business student attendance figure was 74% for SP2 2011.
  • 79% of students were satisfied with the Orientation program.
  • 97% of students would recommend attending Orientation to other students.
  • 77% of students felt they were provided with enough opportunities to interact with other students.

 Student Recommendations

  • Further develop strategies to incorporate small group social activities during the Orientation program.

 

Business Mates peer mentoring program

Key Findings - Student Feedback

  • 80% of new students would recommend the Business Mates program to other students.
  • 97% of the Business Mates would recommend being a Business Mate to other students.

 Student Recommendations

  • To increase the interaction between the Business Mates and the new students.
