If my ordinary CECS/CAS, or Priority-CECS/Specialist-CAS is terminated can I re-apply for these commonwealth scholarships?

No, you will not be able to re-apply, you may be eligible for the Start-Up/Relocation scholarship paid by Centrelink (please check with Centrelink if you are eligible), or if you are not eligible for Start-Up or Relocation scholarship then you may apply for the UniSA Study Grant.
