Additional Information

All activities and program in used in UniSA+ must be extra-curricular and unpaid. Therefore programs that meet any of the following criteria are considered to be ineligible.

  • Credit-bearing programs, placements and exchanges
  • Programs, courses and qualifications related to placements within the curriculum
  • Activities that are a part of paid employment or for which any form of payment is received
  • Activities that support a political party or the election of a person as a member of the legislature of the Commonwealth, State or Territory or local government body.

An online recording system will be developed through the CareerHub system and should be operational in the first part of 2016. Students will be provided with manual recording options until these become available. Students can record their participation through CareerHub. Commencing students will also be provided with a UniSA+ handbook with space to manually record participation before submitting online.

If you are participating in an activity that you believe should be eligible but it is not listed, please contact the friendly staff in the Careers Team to discuss inclusion of your activity for the future.

Students that complete the full requirements of the UniSA+ program will receive the following recognition:

  • A certificate signed by the Vice-Chancellor;
  • A record of your co-curricular participation during your undergraduate degree;
  • Inclusion on the Pro-Vice Chancellor’s Commendation List that is shared with UniSA partners and stakeholders;
  • Public acknowledgement at an Awards Ceremony
