Career planning resources
UniSA provides students with a range of resources through the Career Services. By making the most of these, no matter what type of student you are or what your discipline area, you will benefit.
Careers Emails
All Career Services emails are targeted to your student cohort, by School or
Program, and provide information on jobs and work experience in your
discipline as well as career development. Always take moment to see what
interests you - then follow up - file - or forget.
UniSA Career Hub
This is UniSA's online database of jobs for while you study, graduate
employment, work experience and internships, industry scholarships and
events. Register with your UniSA username and password, create your own
targeted searches, record achievements throughout your degree, and use your
profile to build your resume.

The LTU
Career Services is part of the LTU on each metropolitan campus. You can book
in for a one on one career consultation, pick up the latest hard copy
resources or get quick advice via email at
careers@unisa.edu.au. More about
the
LTU here.
Work Placement Scheme
The Work Placement Scheme (WPS) supports final and penultimate year level
students to undertake unpaid extracurricular placements. Placements are
project based and study relevant and may in some instances be taken as your
in-curriculum placement. More on the WPS in Taking Action.
Expos and employers on campus
These are your opportunities to speak with the HR Managers who select the
successful applicants, hear from professionals in the field or ask alumni
about the transition to work. From the annual
Employment and Careers Expo,
Work Experience Fair,
International Students' Career Days to presentations
by employers on campus - mark these in your calendar!
Workshops
UniSA offers you the opportunity to attend a range of workshops from resume
writing to career planning to job search skills. Presented by professional
Career Advisers...and free of charge. Find these in "Events" on
UniSA Career Hub and book online.
