UniSA Entrepreneurship Alumni Group
Welcome to the club!
This is for UniSA Alumni who have an interest in building and maintaining a connection with UniSA activities in the field of entrepreneurship, as well as becoming members of a network of like-minded people.
UniSA entrepreneurship activities
UniSA offers a range of activities that might interest you:
- UniSA offers the Pank Prize to help people get their business idea up and running. You might wish to apply for this, or encourage one of your friends or colleagues to apply. There are extensive details on this website.
- we run courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. If you are not currently enrolled in a UniSA course, you can attend these as an "audit" student. Information about these courses is on this website. There are fees for attending courses, and you need to contact UniSA Campus Central (8302 0590) for details regarding fees and the enrolment procedures.
- You might have a novel business idea that you wish to develop and that might be suitable as the project for one of our classes. You can see the sort of projects we have taken on in the past, in the technology area, as well as in the social entrepreneurship area. Contact Peter Balan for further information
- We run an Enterprise Forum series of lunchtime seminars relating to entrepreneurship. You might have an interesting story to tell that would be suitable for one of these sessions that are promoted to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as to UniSA Entrepreneurship Alumni. You are welcome to run your idea past Peter Balan
Networking
UniSA staff are involved in a range of academic, industry and government activities, as well as with other groups interested in entrepreneurship. We send an occasional short newsletter to Entrepreneurship Alumni summarising these activities. We are happy to include news about activities of individual Alumni.
Face to face meetings are through the Enterprise Forum seminars.
