Academic English Support
Academic English Support (AES 100) is the English language course component of the Certificate IV or Diploma Mixed Program delivered in Adelaide by the South Australian Institute of Business and Technology. The AES 100 program supports SAIBT Mixed Program students to conduct reading, writing and research assignments, apply note-taking, listening and learning management strategies for academic success, and demonstrate oral presentation skills in a formal academic environment. English for Health Professionals
English for Health Professionals is the English language course component of the Australian Registered Nursing Training Program (ARNTP) for overseas nurses (link opens in new window), delivered in Adelaide by the School of Nursing and Midwifery at the University of South Australia. The English for Health Professionals course prepares students for academic studies, and enhances English-language skills necessary to practice safely and competently in the Australian healthcare system. Successful completion of the ARNTP enables overseas nurses to register with the Nurses Board of South Australia, and as part of their professional development, practise as a Registered Nurse in South Australia.
