
Pro Vice Chancellor and Vice President: International and Development
Nigel Relph commenced as Pro Vice Chancellor and Vice President:
International and Development at the University of South Australia in
October 2010.
Prior to joining the University, Nigel was Director: Corporate Affairs
at Queen Mary, University of London for five years, and held related
senior positions at that institution. Nigel has previously held senior
positions at the Universities of Birmingham and Warwick and at a
Malaysian private education group. He has been a senior consultant with
the British Council and has held teaching posts at the Universities of
Lancaster and Liverpool as well as spending a period running a newspaper
publishing company. He has been a Director and Trustee of a number of
educational and arts organisations.
Nigel holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature and a Masters
in Renaissance Studies from the University of Liverpool.
Nigel is a
member of the Boards of Education Adelaide and of Education Australia.
