• The programs offer accreditation for membership to the Australia Property Institute and satisfies the educational requirements of the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs for practice as a valuer and through the mutual recognition for occupational licences in Australia allows a Graduate to be recognised for valuation anywhere in Australia.

• The program is offered completely in external study mode and therefore offers the student flexibility to study - whether they be interstate overseas or working full time.

The Graduate Diploma in Property and Masters of Business (Property) is ideal for professionals in the Property industry who may wish to obtain formal qualifications enabling them to practice in a specialised field, such as valuations. Alternatively, the Program offers excellent career opportunities for those seeking a new transition into the Property industry which includes opportunities across both private and public sectors.

The Graduate Diploma in Property is one year full time (or two year part time equivalent) and the Masters of Business (Property) is 18 months fulltime or two year part time equivalent).

Entry requirements: prospective student must hold a degree or higher award or an Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation as approved by the Australian Property Institute, or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Council of the University of South Australia.
