Maintaining your personal well-being while at University is just as important as being successful in your study. In fact, if you are feeling stressed, facing an unexpected situation or experiencing a challenge, chances are your grades will suffer.
The Counselling Service in the Learning and Teaching Unit has developed a range of self-help resources designed to assist you to manage stress and cope with some of the more difficult times in your life so you can get back on track as soon as possible.
