| Soren has a degree
in Business Administration from the
Technical University of Dortmund. Since
2009, he has been working as a research
assistant and Ph.D. student at the Technical
University of Dortmund's Department of
Accounting & Management Control under the
supervision of Prof. Dr. Andreas Hoffjan.
Soren's main area of interest is energy
economics, including the price regulation of
electricity & gas networks. His research is
concentrated on incentives for
infrastructure investments in
incentive-based price regulation systems.
During his postgraduate studies, he has
already gained first-hand experience with
the energy industry's value chain through
various activities in Germany and Eastern
Europe. He will be coming in early April to
spend three months in the CRMA. During his
time here, he will be researching
international practices to meet the
financeability challenge in regulated energy
& water networks. |
