The LearnOnline portal for each of your courses (which you can access through MyUniSA) should contain all you need to know about your upcoming assignments. Check your course outline for detail of the assignments you are expected to complete, along with due dates.
Your course outline will also usually detail the percentage weighting for each assignment. If an assignment is worth 50% of your final grade you will want to devote a lot of time and effort to it. An assignment worth only 10% should demand less of you. Make sure you plan your study accordingly.
Your lecturers should supply you with details of each assignment early in the study period so that you have plenty of time to complete the required tasks. Make sure you are very clear about what is expected of you. Take the time to have a good chat with your lecturer or tutor if necessary.
Take careful note of the due date. Penalties apply for late submission of assignments. These will be detailed on the assignment and are usually a percentage reduction in grade for each late day.
