News and Events
The University of South Australia is proud of the fact that it is a leader in Australia providing quality higher education for people with disabilities.
Disability Services within the Learning and Teaching Unit (LTU) provides information and advice aimed at minimising disability related barriers to study. We provide a range of specialised services such as sign language interpreting, alternative format print material and loan equipment. We work with students to develop individual Access Plans and assist with negotiating reasonable adjustments with academic staff. Information given to the Disability Service, including that of a sensitive and personal nature, is dealt with in a confidential manner.
Do you have a disability, mental health or medical condition that may impact on your study? If yes, get in touch with a Disability Adviser for confidential advice as soon as possible. To contact a Disability Adviser, go to the Learning and Teaching Unit on your campus.
The road to Uni webpage will link you to resources for people with disabilities thinking about studying at UniSA.
