Interpreters
Disability Services can arrange AUSLAN sign language interpreting services for students who are Deaf or hearing impaired.
This service must be negotiated with a Disability Adviser as part of an Access Plan.
Students are responsible for advising the Disability Service of the following:
- Class times and location where an interpreter is required, 3 weeks in advance
- Absence from a scheduled class or cancellation (in advance where possible)
- Withdrawal from a course
- Any issues they are experiencing with Interpreting Services.
