EAS Research Vacation Scholarships

The Division of Education, Arts and Social Sciences offers undergraduate students who have completed either their 3rd or Honours year and who have a strong academic record, the opportunity to undertake research for up to 8 weeks with experienced researchers, usually between December and March.

These scholarships are provided principally for educational purposes to enable the recipient to engage in and gain experience in research.  They are not intended to support the employment of students for routine work or to support the completion of course requirements.

Vacation scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis, based on academic merit.

Closing date:  29 October 2010
