INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ATTENDING A PLACEMENT IN AUSTRALIA
Which option best describes your situation:
You have a student visa issued by the Department of Immigration less than 6 months ago.
If you are an international student coming to Australia for the first time for this program, and your visa is less than 6 months then your visa requirements will override the need for you to undertake a criminal history screening process.
Please bring your passport and visa to the Administration Office at Mawson Lakes along with a signed University Consent Form (this office is located on the ground floor of the Garth Boomer Building (G building) . Note: If you have an electronic visa, your visa details may be verified by an authorised officer from the School of Education.
You have a student visa issued by the Department of Immigration more than 6 months ago.
If you are an international student with a visa with an issue date more than six months old, then please follow the instructions as for Student attending placement in South Australia.
