How to Apply for Student Exchange
Full Semester
Application is easy. Begin the application process by completing an online application form below.
Application deadlines for full semester exchange
Study Period 2
If you plan to go on exchange in Study Period 2 (Feb - July), applications
close on 1 August of the previous year
Study Period 5
If you plan to go on exchange in Study Period 5 (July - Dec), applications
close on 11 January of that year
It is strongly advised that you submit your application by the above dates. However, if you do miss the deadline, UniSA International may still consider your application and try to accommodate you whenever possible. You should email Student.Exchange@unisa.edu.au with a request for a late application.
Students will be notified of their application outcome within 3 weeks of the advertised deadline.

Short Term and Other Opportunities
Application is easy. Begin the application process by completing an online application form below.
Application deadlines for short term options and other opportunities
You can apply for a short term travel grant at any time of the year. Please
note that specific programs have their own application deadlines. If you are
applying for a program with a deadline, please ensure that your travel grant
application is submitted before the closing date (of the program).
