University Fleet Vehicles
The University of South Australia
has a fleet of various types of vehicles which are accessible to
staff of the University for the purpose of University business.
Fleet Vehicles are located on all University campuses with some campuses being the base for specific vehicle types, for example, buses and four wheel drives.
At no stage are University vehicles to be taken interstate with the exception of Buses and Four Wheel Drive vehicles. The interstate use of Buses and Four Wheel Drive vehicles are to be used solely for field trips.
Should staff require a vehicle to travel interstate for University business a request for the hire of an external vehicle must be submitted via a FM129 (formerly CS29) form Application for Hire of External Vehicle. The hire of external vehicles will be arranged by FM Assist (Campus Services).
All drivers of University vehicles must carry a valid licence appropriate to the type of vehicle to be driven. You may be required to produce your licence when collecting a vehicle.
