You will complete this form as part of your enrolment, through myEnrolment under the CAF (Commonwealth Assistance Form) section. You can obtain the Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP form from Campus Central.
As part of your enrolment each year you will update your CAF for your current program. If you change programs during your studies or start another program, you are required to complete a new CAF.

Contact the Tax Office and complete a Tax file number - application or enquiry for an individual form. TFNs cannot be allocated over the telephone, by facsimile or email.
It is important to apply early to ensure you have your TFN on or before the census date. A TFN is usually provided within 28 days of application. If you have applied for a TFN but have not received it within 10 days of the census date you should request a Certificate of application for a TFN from the Tax Office and give it to your University as proof that you have applied. A Certificate of application for a TFN can be issued at a Tax Office shopfront or by contacting the Tax Office
