Important dates
Census dates
The University sets a census date for each course of study. See the Academic Year Calendar for census dates.
The Census date is the deadline for finalising your enrolment.
Withdrawing after the census date
If you withdraw from one or more of your courses after the census date (or if you do not follow the UniSA withdrawal procedures correctly) you will:
- Still be liable for your tuition fees
- Receive a W or WF Grade
Tuition Fee Payment Due Dates
International student tuition fees have two due dates for each study period. The due dates are designed to assist with tuition fee payments allowing the fees to be paid in instalments. Payments are accepted at any time but must be received by the two due dates specified on the invoice. See the Academic Year Calendar for payment due dates for each study period.
1st Instalment due date - 50% of the total for study period due
2nd Instalment due date - 50% of the total for study period due
It is your responsibility to be aware of these dates.
