Finance One configuration

Introduction

The purposes of a Site Configuration Document are that it :

• Documents the rationale underpinning the set up and usage of Finance One objects
• Provides an Audit Trail of how the system is configured for present and future reference
• Is a central reference repository for information pertaining to the system
• Provides a base for implementing changes to the system
• Provides a link to other documents which are associated with the system

Included herein are details of Charts of Accounts, Ledgers, account attributes and various other system parameters. It is anticipated that as changes occur to UniSA's Finance One installation they will be reflected in this document.
