Finance One XLOne Intermediate training
DESCRIPTION OF COURSE:
This course will teach you how to develop, run and utilize more functions of XLOne reporting.
COURSE CONTENT:
Create an Operating Result report for a cost centre. We will also illustrate the use of the following:
- Consolidate by function in ROW tab
- Repeat/Repeat End command to group item codes by MGTREP1 and MGTREP4
- Sign Command
- Drilldown feature, to transaction level
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
- Staff members who are new to the university and require access to Finance One
- Current staff members who may be new to a financial role within UniSA
- Staff who are required to develop and run more detailed reports
TRAINING MATERIALS:
A training manual will be provided for this session for you to make notes and to keep. However, it may not necessarily be used throughout the session
LENGTH/DURATION:
45 minutes plus question time
PREREQUISITES:
You will need to have attended the Finance one basic session as well as the XLOne Basic session before attending the Intermediate session
MODE:
One on One session at a mutual time
