ProMaster Forms
New forms have been created to coincide with the ProMaster system. Links to these forms are also available in the relevant sections of ProMaster.
- FS56 - Unavailable Documentary Evidence Declaration (Word 22kb) - This form is to be completed when a Tax Invoice / Receipt for a transaction is not available as evidence. Please refer to Quick Reference Guide - Verifying a Transaction without a Receipt.
- FS57 - Authority to Recover Credit Card Non-Business Expense Money Owed (Word 37kb) - This form is to be completed when you have acquitted all the transactions made from a Cash Advance and need to reimburse the remainder of the Cash Advance to the University. Please refer to Quick Reference Guide - Reimbursing Remaining Balance of a Cash Advance.
