Global Experience English Language Discussion Group

The Global Experience English Language Discussion Group takes place weekly throughout Study Period 2 and 5 and is facilitated by Global Experience students as part of their Global Experience program. The group is open to all international UniSA students who would like to practice their English conversation skills with local UniSA students.

There is not need to register your attendance at either session, you can drop in at any time to a session or join the group on Facebook.

The session times are as follows:

City West Student Lounge: Monday 5-6pm and Friday 12-1pm

City East Campus The CAF: Tuesday 12-1pm

Magill Campus Student Lounge C1-33: Wednesday 12-1pm

Global Experience students can accrue the following Experience Suite points for involvement in the Group for one full study period:

  • 10 points for one study period of involvement with facilitation of a minimum of 3 sessions
  • 20 points for one study period of involvement with facilitation of a minimum of 6 sessions

The Global Experience Team are currently calling for expressions of interest from Global Experience students who would like to be involved as Facilitators of the group for one full Study Period in 2012.

Applications close 5pm Friday 24th February 2012 and a training and induction session will be held during Week One of SP2.
