UniSA 'Growing Our Own' Graduate Program

UniSA is committed to providing its students with opportunities to build on the graduate qualities and competencies acquired at University so they can gain a solid foundation for their career with the following options:

Rotation Program

Following the recruitment process, selected graduates with excellent academic records in a relevant business, commerce, media or management stream may be offered fixed term contracts for two years as a Business Project Officer. Other degrees with appropriate majors will also be considered.

Each graduate will rotate through four business areas to achieve a broad skill set and an understanding of the business aspect of the University. During the final six months, you will be supported and encouraged to apply for longer term positions within UniSA. Graduates will serve a minimum six month probationary period.

The six monthly rotations may encompass any of the University's business units, divisions or schools located in the CBD and the four metropolitan Adelaide campuses.

In addition to the skills you develop on the job by direct involvement in specific projects linked to the host work area, you will have access to development activities for professional staff.

Graduate Pool

Similar career opportunities for short term work up to 12 months are offered through the Graduate Pool. If you are successful, the very least, you will get corporate experience and and perhaps a reference to add to your CV.
