TIP 7: Save old emails to a floppy disk or CD
To save a message to a floppy disk or CD:
- select one or more messages in the Inbox (or any other folder).
- select Save As... from the File menu.
- select a location to Save in, (eg A: drive or D: drive)
- enter a File name, and select a file type in the Save as type list, eg Message Format (*.msg)
- click the Save button.
