How do I take screenshot from my PC?

Press the print screen key will take a screenshot of your whole desktop
Pressing alt and print screen will take a screenshot of the window selected on your desktop

If using Windows 7, Microsoft have a Snipping Tool available for screen shots.

These images can then be pasted directly into an email or word document.

How do I take a screenshot from my Mac?

Hold down the Apple (command) and shift keys
Press 3 to take a screenshot of the entire screen
Press 4 to get an image of a 'crosshair' so you can select the section of your screen you would like to screenshot
Press the escape key to cancel
The image will then save to your desktop
