What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Students can set up the password reset facility through the student portal.

Once the password reset facility is set up, students will be able to reset their password via the Reset Password page.

Failure to answer your predefined question correctly 3 times in a row results in the account being locked out.  If this occurs please contact the IT Help Desk.

Staff who require a password reset, students whose account has been locked out, or students who have not yet set up the password reset facility or have opted out, should contact the IT Help Desk via phone on +61 8 8302 5000.

You will be asked personal information to verify your identity therefore email requests for password changes can not be processed by the Help Desk staff. If the Help Desk staff are not confident about your identity you may be asked to attend a Campus Central office with appropriate identification.
