The UniSA IT Help Desk uses remote access software to assist in providing support to customers not on the University network. The following link provides the University's Remote Access Policy and, although it refers to software called Dameware, is relevant to this application as well.
You have been directed to this page to enable you to install the TeamViewer client. The links below will allow you to download and install the client. You can then provide the IT Help Desk staff member with the Unique ID and password.

Teamviewer for MAC.
Teamviewer for Linux - Red Hat, Fedora, Mandriva (3264-Bit) - Debian, Ubuntu (32-Bit) - Debian, Ubuntu (64-Bit) - Suse (32-Bit) - Suse (64-Bit).
If you are connected to the Eduroam network, the proxy settings for TeamViewer will need to be set manually in order to establish a connection.
1. From the TeamViewer window, click the Settings button as shown:

2. Next, click the Configure... button.

3. Select "Use manual proxy" and enter the following details:

Proxy IP: www-proxy.unisa.edu.au
Port: 8080
Username: Your UniSA username
Password: Your UniSA password
