How do I record greetings?
There are multiple greetings that you can record for your voicemail:
- Say "Personal Options" or press 6 if you have the Touchtone Interface enabled
- Press 2
- From this menu, you can press the following buttons to record different greetings:
- Press 1 to record a personal greeting
- Press 2 to record an 'Out of Office' greeting
- Press 3 to record your name (Voice signature)
- Press * to cancel
- Press 0 to repeat the menu options
