To dial a URI address on UniSA Polycom equipment you must type the IP address first followed by two ## then the room number.
For example:
111@123.45.67.89 must be entered as
123.45.67.89##111
If you do not change the format you will receive the following error message:
Your call could not be completed because the call was routed through an intermediate network that does not service the far site. Contact your site administrator.
