AV Event SupportAudio Visual Event Support

Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS) provides Audio Visual (AV) support for UniSA Divisions, Schools and external clients, and can provide support for events held within core business hours and also after hours.

Warning

To ensure we have resources available to support your event please submit your request at least 10 business days prior to the event.

Bookings lodged within 10 business days of the event may not be able to be supported and will be subject to resource availability.

To have AV support at your event please follow the steps below:

1.

Raise a service call with the IT Help Desk (8302 5000) for event support.

2.

Ensure you include contact details, the campus and room in which the event will be held, the time and date of the event, and any extra requirements.  If you are yet to determine a suitable space for your event please refer to the Facilities Management Unit (FMU) Room Suitabilities webpage to browse the available room options.

3.

Ask the IT Help Desk to assign the service call to AV-ITU.

4.

You will be contacted to discuss the event and any fees that we will need to charge.
