AV SupportAudio Visual Support

Information Strategy and Technology Services provides Audio Visual (AV) support and services for the University's bookable teaching spaces.  This support is provided in a number of ways, including:


IT Help Desk for reporting of issues or requests for support


After-hours auditing and support at the metropolitan campuses during major study periods


Remote management, administration and monitoring of the AV Equipment at all campuses


Regular scheduled maintenance and replacement of AV equipment


User training

Fault and Issue Resolution

Support for the Audio Visual (AV) equipment in the generally bookable teaching spaces at all city and metropolitan campuses is available, including phone and on-site support during business hours to all bookable teaching spaces.

Event Support

Audio Visual (AV) support is also available for UniSA Divisions, Schools and external clients.  Support for events held both within core business hours and after hours is also available.

AV Consultation Services

Audio Visual (AV) consultation services for Schools and Divisions requiring AV installations and/or upgrades is also provided.  This involves working closely with the Facilities Management Unit (FMU) and your designated resources to ensure AV builds are cost competitive, consistent and state-of-the-art.

Portable AV Equipment

Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS) provides portable AV equipment at all 4 metropolitan campuses.  This equipment is available for use in venues which are not equipped with AV equipment.
