Group and one-on-one Audio Visual (AV) user training is available by arrangement.

The type of training provided includes the following categories:

Training for new UniSA employees and new AV users

Training for specific AV venues

Training on particular AV equipment (eg. Interactive Whiteboard)

Refresher training

If you would like to complete Audio Visual (AV) training please contact the IT Help Desk to discuss your training needs and find a suitable session.

Audio Visual training is provided in a number of ways including:

Scheduled Training Sessions:  For new or upgraded AV spaces these sessions are scheduled 'in-room' training and are suitable for AV users and Divisional IT Support staff.

Video Conferencing Training:  UniSA has a number of video conferencing options (for further information please refer to the Conducting a Video Conference webpage).

Teaching Technologies AV Sandpit:  Training sessions can be scheduled in the 'AV Sandpit' area at Mawson Lakes.  The AV Sandpit is used to test / train staff on new equipment and can also be configured to simulate AV environments in teaching spaces.

AV Vendor Training:  Training sessions are sometimes arranged with external AV Vendors.  This particularly applies for user training on new AV builds, and for comprehensive user training on more complex AV equipment such as interactive whiteboards, digital signage and touch panels.
