Voicemail On Your Desktop Telephone
By default, voicemail is not active on all desktop telephones. If you want to see if voicemail is enabled on your extension please refer to How do I tell if I have voicemail enabled.
If you do not currently have voicemail and would like it enabled please contact the IT Help Desk.
When voicemail is enabled, your extension will divert to voicemail when you are busy on another call or after 6 rings.
A red light on your phone will indicate that you have un-read voice messages, and you can retrieve your messages using the desktop handset or via your staff email.
