Wireless Install-Fests

If you have a wireless mobile device and need assistance connecting it to the UniSA (eduroam) wireless network then you should attend one of our Wireless Install-Fests.  ISTS technical staff will show and help you configure your mobile device to connect to the UniSA wireless network.

If you are unable to attend one of these sessions we can still help.  All you need do is call the IT Help Desk and make an appointment for one of our staff to assist with your setup. (note: appointment times are restricted to particular days and times)

Session times and locations

The times and locations for the Wireless Install-Fests are outlined below.  No appointment is needed. Just turn up with your mobile device.

Remember to bring

• your mobile device (e.g. notebook, netbook, PDA, etc)
• the wireless network card (if not built in to the computer)
• the Power adapter for your mobile device

Important Notes

• University staff will only assist with connection to the UniSA wireless network. We cannot assist with the applications you use. (e.g. OMA, Skype, MSN, Yahoo Chat, etc.)
