Engineering Grants

The Division of ITEE, in association with ACEA, Codan Ltd, and Lockheed Martin, is proud to offer the following scholarships to full-time first and second year students of a Bachelor of Engineering, or associated double degree program at UniSA.

Codan Engineering Transition Grant

The Codan Engineering Transition Grant will assist an engineering student in the transition to tertiary education. The grant is available to a high achieving full-time student who is commencing the first year of a Bachelor of Engineering, or associated double degree program, at UniSA. 

The grant will be awarded on the basis of Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) and financial disadvantage. Preference may be given to a student undertaking a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems), (Electrical and Mechatronic), (Electronics and Communication) or (Networking and Communications) or associated double degree program.

Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. The grant will provide a total of $2,500 to assist with educational costs incurred by the recipient in the transition to tertiary education, and will be paid in a single instalment after the Study Period 2 (SP2) census date.

Codan High Achiever Engineering Prize

The Codan High Achiever Engineering Prize will assist a high achieving student enrolled full-time in the second year of a Bachelor of Engineering, or associated double degree program, at UniSA.

Prize selection will be based on the student’s Grade Point Average (GPA) at the completion of the first year of the program. Preference may be given to a student undertaking a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems), (Electrical and Mechatronic), (Electronics and Communication) or (Networking and Communications) or associated double degree program. In the event of a GPA tie, the prize will be awarded at the discretion of the First Year Engineering Program Coordinator.

Eligible applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. The total value of the prize is $2,500 paid in a single instalment after the Study Period 2 (SP2) census date in second year.

ACEA Engineering Transition Grant

The ACEA Engineering Transition Grant will assist an engineering student in the transition to tertiary education. The grant is available to a high achieving full-time student who is commencing the first year of a Bachelor of Engineering, or associated double degree program, at UniSA. FutureNet High Achiever Engineering Prize

The FutureNet High Achiever Engineering Prize will assist a high achieving student enrolled full-time in the second year of a Bachelor of Engineering or associated double degree program at UniSA.

Prize selection will be based on the student’s Grade Point Average (GPA) at the completion of the first year of the program. In the event of a GPA tie the prize will be awarded at the discretion of the First Year Engineering Program Coordinator.
