An alternative pathway into Engineering and IT at UniSA
The ATN Test is a unique and innovative assessment test of a prospective student's aptitude and capability to undertake studies to become an engineer or an IT specialist. Developed and conducted by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), the test is only offered by ATN Universities, UniSA being the only one in South Australia.
This test allows an alternative pathway for school students and mature age students who may not have the traditional year 12 maths and science background or the Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) required for entry into a Bachelor of Engineering or Information Technology programs.
*Satisfactory completion of the ATN Test allows direct entry into the Associate Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
