Australian National Fabrication Facility, South Australian Node (ANFF-SA)
ANFF-SA is based at the Ian Wark Research Institute, University of South
Australia. Through significant federal, state government and UniSA
investment, ANFF-SA has emerged as a world-class, dedicated, microfluidics
and nanofabrication facility to service both the research and industrial
communities in Australia and internationally. Using the multi-million dollar
suite of nanofabrication equipment, unique to our facility, enables us to
fabricate complicated 3 dimensional geometries and produce microengineered
devices. The ANFF-SA facility is focussed on the design and fabrication of
microfluidic and other microstructured devices in a range of substrates
according to our customers' needs.
